As founder and President of Statewide Fire Corp. (a Certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise as recognized by the NYC Department of Small Business Services) Pamela is involved in all aspects of the firm’s operation.

As a certified SIA Central Station Operator Instructor, she insists upon continual training and development of all staff, including every operator. In addition, she closely supervises all financial operations and is personally known to almost all of Statewide Fire Corp.’s alarm dealers.

In 2005, Pamela was a winner of the “Make Mine a Million” business program founded by “Open” from American Express. She has since hit the million dollar mark, growing her business to well over 1 million dollars in yearly revenue (Only 3% of companies in the nation that reach the million dollar mark are owned by a woman).

As an active member of the Staten Island Economic Development Corp., she now serves on the Executive Board of Directors as Treasurer and Personnel Committee Chairperson. Pamela is a member of the SI Executive Women’s Council, where she was appointed Board Liaison and helped create a successful mentoring program for young women. She has been recognized by SIEDC by receiving an award for the top 20 under 40 business leaders on Staten Island in 2012, a “Woman of Influence” award in 2013, and the 12th Most Influential Individual in SIEDC history in 2014.

Pamela often conducts speaking engagements on various fire safety and security issues, and has served as a guest speaker to groups such as World of Women, the SI Girl Scouts, and the American Institute of Architects. She is also an active member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Club of Staten Island.

She is also a partner in Statewide Central Station, a firm owned by her brother, Steven M. Coppola, and serves as the Chief Financial Officer for that firm.

Pamela is happily married, enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children, and readily admits that her favorite title is simply “Mom”.

As a partner of Statewide Fire Corp. since its inception in 2002, Steven has insured that the firm is always ahead of the curve with regard to technology and customized dealer services. He is always available to assist our fire alarm dealers with technology issues and questions, and is NICET Level II certified.

In addition to holding alarm licenses in many states and municipalities, Steven is certified and trained in multiple security platforms, and has worked with major manufacturers in actually creating new technology.

Besides his partnership in Statewide Fire Corp., Steven is founder and President of Statewide Central Station.

Steven is happily married, with three sons and a daughter, and manages to make time to coach various youth teams in multiple sports.

After a career with the NYPD, and after owning his own Staten Island alarm company (Gotham Alarm) for 20 years, Ed joined the Statewide family in 2002. He was initially responsible for all of the research and effort into obtaining our initial accreditation as an NYC Fire-Approved central station monitoring facility, and became a partner of Statewide Fire Corp in its infancy.

Now NICET Fire Alarm Level IV certified, Ed has become somewhat of an authority figure on all aspects of the fire alarm industry, and is the person sought out by our fire alarm dealers when they need technical assistance, have fire alarm code compliance questions, or need guidance on any fire alarm-related issue.

In 2009, he chaired the NY Fire Alarm Association Central Station committee, served as President of the NY Fire Alarm Association from 2010-2011, and was honored in 2012 by the FDNY Bureau of Fire Prevention for “Commitment to Life Safety.” He is currently an active member of the NYFAA Board of Directors – Liaison to Metro Area AHJ’s, including the FDNY and the Nassau County Fire Marshal’s office. Other affiliations include the NJ Automatic Fire Alarm Association, SFPE Metro Society of Fire Protection Engineers NYC, NJ Electronic Security Association, NY Electronic Security Association and the Metropolitan Burglar Fire Alarm Association.

He has also been a guest presenter on “Fire Alarm Communications” at NY Fire Alarm Association and AFAANJ New Automatic Fire Alarm Association.

Married for 30 years, and the proud father of two daughters, Ed recently became a proud grandfather of a baby girl and enjoys boating and golfing in his spare time.
