For most alarm professionals, the staff at their central station has the most frequent, (and frequently the most important!) degree of direct contact with alarm dealer’s clients. Thus, THE most important component of our service to the alarm dealer and to the end user is our security staff….

• We choose, train, and maintain staff members who take their responsibility for the safety and security of your clients and their property very seriously.

• Our staff members undergo continual training to be sure that we are maintaining or surpassing the level of excellence in service we have become known for.

• Our security staff members are FDNY certified and their knowledge, reaction time, and efficiency are frequently tested by the NYC Fire Department in order for us to maintain our FDNY approval as a central station.

• have attained and maintain CSAA Five Diamond Certification, with every security staff member having taken and passed specific Central Station Alarm Association training courses.  (Out of approximately 2,700 central station monitoring facilities in the United States, fewer than 150 central stations have achieved this “Five Diamond Certified” status.)

• We have full-time, in-house, technical support to assist our alarm dealers with programming questions, troubleshooting, and to help provide solutions to any technical problems they encounter.

• Our staff members are encouraged to reach out to members of our management team ANYTIME (including nights and weekends) if an alarm dealer or client needs assistance.

• Our alarm dealers know that they can reach members of our management team at any time in the event a problem arises.

• In an industry with an extremely high staff turnover rate, we pride ourselves in the fact that our turnover is extremely low. Most of our staff members have been with us for over 7 years, and the newest staff members were hired because of growth, rather than to replace departing staff.
